£20m Bristol BSF project supplied by Wernick Hire
The Skanska construction site at the Florence Brown Community School in Knowle West, Bristol is using a Wernick Hire AVflex modular building as its site office. The £20m redevelopment of this special needs school under the national Building Schools for the Future (BSF) initiative will be so complete that the school will also receive a new name when it re-opens.
The two-storey, eight module, anti-vandal AVflex site office contains meeting rooms, a canteen, toilets and a drying room on the ground floor. The first floor office area is completely open plan except for a small kitchen area and WC.
Wernick’s AVflex vandal-resistant modular building system gives a high level of security and a bespoke internal room layout service for our clients. This 66 week Skaska contract includes Category 2 lighting and two-compartment IT and telephone dado trunking in all office areas.
