Morgan Ashurst select AVflex for Leisure Centre refurbishment project

The £15m, 52 week upgrading and refurbishment of Billingham Forum required a site office to suit the particular requirements of the Morgan Ashurst team overseeing the contract.  The Forum building, owned by Stockton-on-Tess Borough Council and managed by Tees Active Ltd, houses a sports hall, swimming pool, ice rink and one of the oldest theatres in the country.

A two-storey, 7 x 7 bay Wernick Hire secure AVflex modular building was selected as the site office. The modular building includes an open-plan general office, mess room and drying room, five smaller offices and six toilet cubicles.  The exterior of the site offices are finished in Morgan Ashurst’s corporate colours.
