The exterior of the AVflex unit features high security doors fitted with insurance approved deadlocks and windows protected with heavy duty security shutters. AVflex units eliminate the need for traditional linking corridors between adjoining units which creates more internal space and reduces the overall site footprint.

The internal layout of the AVflex can be tailored to suit individual site needs. The buildings can be open plan or partitioned to create individual offices, staff areas or meeting rooms – the layout diagrams illustrate the flexibility of the AVflex; the permutations are almost endless.

The internal fixtures and fittings include double plug sockets and telephone points fitted in dado trunking, convector heaters and category 2 lighting as standard. Welfare and ablution facilities are also provided. The units can be finished in client bespoke livery schemes and supplied with a number of additional options including furniture, air conditioning and showers.
